Refund and Returns Policy

As the prices of phones, headphones and accessories are constantly changing from time to time due to stock availability or market prices, the price differentiation which may happen will not be returned to customers.

If you decide to cancel or want to seek a return on your purchase, you will be asked to pay the restocking fees which vary from 15-45% depending on your purchase. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel or you will be asked to pay the restocking fees.

Or when your order is dispatched, shipped or delivered to return your order. You will be charged to pay the (Restocking fees + Shipping fees).

Customers please make sure you are aware of specifications and information of your choice of purchase. For example, carrier BANDS of their respective networks if not receivable. IS NOT our responsibility to assure that it will be supported. Please check that at your own convenience.

All phones advertised 5G or LTE support their respective capabilities. If your device fails to pick up specific network or data capability or wifi calling, Spectronic Canada is NOT liable for it. As it is your carrier or network providers failing to work up to the phones capability. Your return for this concern will not be accepted. 

All phones sold on our website are UNLOCKED, All networks are supported but please check with your carrier providers if any queries.
*Each device sold support their respective network capabilities as advertised. If it fails to not support the network capabilities, it cannot be deemed for return or refunds.


FOR EXAMPLE, BANDS OF THE PHONE, COLOUR CHOICE, SPECIFIC MODELS, GLOBAL VERSION PHONES OR CHINESE VERSION PHONES. All the important information of the product is listed in the description or additional information under all the products.

We provide 7 days of return policy that commences from the moment the parcel reaches the customers shipping address. If your ordered device or item opens to be defective you can ask us for a replacement or refund within 7 days, we will replace or refund without any charges. Anything over 7 the days period, we may disregard any defective or non-defective errors of your purchase.

(Defect that can redeem an exchange or refund: Internal damage, software not responsive, rebooting issues.)
Other damages that caused deliberately does not cover the refund or exchange. As the severity of damage can be subjected. Such as liquid damage, intentional button damages or camera scratches. Or other external damage.


If your desired product fails to be fully functional or does not power up at all. Please contact us support@spectronic.ca immediately WITHIN 48 HOURS upon receiving the goods. As it should not be happening as all our items are thoroughly tested and are genuine. But we will be happy to assist with your replacement upon clarifying the issue.

Apart from that, Spectronic CA also accepts the return that is caused by human error such as wrong description, wrong colors. No charge will apply. The replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong product is assessed. The same policy applied, the wrong item must be in an original condition. This incident must be reported to us WITHIN 48 HOURS.


If any of the above scenarios do occur, please contact us support@spectronic.ca as soon as possible. This is to ensure the return will be honoured. We will evaluate your request and issue you with an email with return instructions. We may need to get more clarification on the problem reported before we can issue return authorisation. This is done to enable faster returns processing later.

Generally, all refund and replacement will be finalised in 5-7 business days from receipt of returned goods. Refunds are paid via the original method of payment used for purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Canadian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
